This Creator Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and applies to anyone approved as a Creator on HireAcreator. By clicking "Submit application" you confirm you understand and accept these commitments.
You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent, or partner of HireAcreator. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business registrations.
Once you accept a project (fixed or via quote), you commit to the agreed scope, revisions, and delivery date. Reasonable delays must be communicated in-app at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated missed deadlines can affect your rating and platform visibility.
All project communication should happen inside HireAcreator so we have a record for disputes. Solicitation of off-platform payments is a serious breach and results in an immediate ban.
You will be paid once the client releases escrow. Payouts arrive in your registered bank account within 3 working days via Razorpay Route. You are responsible for filing GST if applicable to your business.
Treat every brief as confidential unless the client explicitly permits public sharing. Signed NDAs must be honoured.
Unless the brief specifies otherwise, on final payment you transfer the client the right to unlimited commercial use of the delivered work. You retain the right to display the deliverable in your portfolio (crediting the client) unless the brief says otherwise.
Clients rate you 1–5 stars after each released project. A rolling average is shown on your public profile. Manipulating reviews (fake accounts, coercion) results in permanent removal.
Free plans have basic listing. Pro and Elite subscriptions unlock priority listing, badges, AI credits and other perks. Refer to Refund & Cancellation Policy for subscription terms.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. On termination you cannot solicit HireAcreator clients for 6 months for projects that originated on the platform.
