These Terms govern your use of HireAcreator. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them. HireAcreator is a marketplace connecting Indian content creators with brands and clients — we facilitate discovery, communication, escrow payment and dispute resolution but are not a party to the underlying creative agreement between client and creator.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract in India. By registering as a creator you further represent that all portfolio work is your own or is used with permission.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorised access immediately to support@hireacreator.in.
All project payments are held in escrow by Razorpay on our behalf. Funds are released to the creator when the client approves delivery. Platform fees, if any, are disclosed at checkout.
You may not use HireAcreator to solicit or produce illegal content, adult / sexually explicit content, hate speech, deep-fakes of any person without consent, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights. Off-platform payment attempts, spam, harassment, and impersonation lead to permanent bans.
Creators retain copyright to their work but grant the client the licence agreed in the brief (typically unlimited commercial use of the specific deliverables). HireAcreator receives a limited licence to display portfolio samples for marketing the platform.
To transact above certain thresholds you must complete KYC via Aadhaar / PAN / DigiLocker. False submissions are grounds for permanent removal.
We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms or Community rules with no refund of subscription fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireAcreator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the previous 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
